Former President Donald Trump has revealed that he received a booster shot of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Trump, 75, was asked whether he received the shot while appearing on stage at Bill O’Reilly’s “History Tour” on Sunday, to which he responded, “Yes,” Axios reported.
O’Reilly added, “I got it too.”
Trump pointed out that the COVID-19 vaccine was developed during his administration as part of Operation Warp Speed.
“Look, we did something that was historic, we saved tens of millions of lives worldwide when we, together, all of us, we got a vaccine done,” Trump said.
“[The coronavirus] was going to ravage the country far beyond what it is right now — take credit for it,” he said of the vaccines’ development.
Trump and former first lady Melania Trump were first vaccinated against COVID-19 in January before leaving the White House.
It’s unclear which vaccine they received or which booster Trump got.
